Hey guys,
we have a studio listing that has been very successful in LA the last year and received great consistent response in the algorithm.
Just over a month ago we listed our new second studio and it’s been a completely different experience. We’re not being seen at all, not getting that typical beginners luck that Peerspace usually gives brand new listings and not being picked up for the “new spaces” newsletters from Peerspace. The few bookings we’ve had have been directly from customers that love our first location and saw our social media. Just kinda wondering, particularly for other hosts with multiple successful locations, if you’ve struggled with a new listing?

Yeah, similarly, we just listed two new studio spaces two weeks ago…absolutely no boost whatsoever on either as far as we can tell.
All the bookings we’ve had have been from either a niche marketing site or word-of-mouth.
I wonder if Peerspace has changed the algorithm for some reason?

I’m seeing a lot of brand new 0 review locations being pushed!

Im a first time lister, been up a few days haven’t gotten any inquiries. I was wondering if it was my location. I’m in NY but just outside the city. I was wondering how i can promote my space to get bookings.
What Nich marketing site do you use? And how is it going for you now?
