Hello,
I am new to the community. I have been a part of Peerspace since 9/15 and wondering how do some of you get bookings. I’ve been promoting and advertising on many streams of social media and community pages, but no bookings yet. Any other ideas?
I was trying to visit your page to review your listing, but couldn’t. Make sure that you have all services listed. Lots of pictures can help. and responding to inquiries quickly can help too. We’re new, but have been getting a lot of inquiries and bookings. Good luck!
here’s the link. thanks so much for the advice
You’re welcome! You have a great and beautiful space! You can add a few pictures of the other items that you offer projector, screen, etc. You can increase your price too if you’re under charging. Sometimes people don’t value affordable rates.
Thanks so much for this info! will do!
Oh and I see that your response time is kinda long. Try to get that down to about two to three hours. Send out a simple reply thanking them if you can’t answer their questions at that time. This is what we use:
“Hello thank you for inquiring about our ballroom for your special event. We are delighted you are considering our space.
We will reply again soon!”
Maybe do a few strategic collabs to get the word out. Even after a year and being booked a lot I still do 1 free collab per month to get my place in front of the potential clients. I also have an Instagram page and use 30 hashtags under each post which also attracts clients.
I think you have a bit of a challenge because of the nature of your space. It looks like you need a very specific type of client to book it. It is a very small space (especially for a video or photoshoot) and has a unique look. So I think your potential client pool is a bit limited compared to other similar listings here. There are probably some larger spaces with similar features that would be a bit easier for a production crew or photographer to work in. That is probably what you are running into. The 90 sq ft is the biggest challenge I think you have.
