Hello Community. I’m excited to be on Peerspace and have been for a couple of months. However, my listing does not get many inquiries or bookings. How can I improve my listings and increase my bookings?
Rotate the lead photo and see if it changes the response.
Is your lead sentence overlong and too descriptive?
I would sure mention the high ceilings right away.
Also, proofread… “bight”?

I would suggest you add or remove photos that aren’t creating the impact or highlighting the space and its amenities. Switch the main profile pic occasionally . Second look at lowering your rate which can always help you get you going-You can create specials for your off peak hours and days,as this industry is highly competitive. Sergio P
