Less Reviews being Written

Any one else noticing your (guest reviews about your space) have gone down or only trickle in? I am booking out and doing the same amount of Bookings for years now but suddenly the last couple of months just noticing the average reviews from guests, a 50% decline wondering if there is possibly an issue and the renters are no longer receiving follow-ups ? has the algorithm changed maybe? help!

We’re at 9 of 14 for Q1, but we don’t have a lot of production clients so some of our renters are moms from out of state, last-minute helpers for a birthday, meeting planners who use PS once a year etc. We just got a review that took exactly 12 months to see published for an off-site.

Our strategy to get their review published:

-Send the client a screenshot of the review we’ve written for them

-Let them know it will post once they’ve posted theirs (they definitely do not know that) and start establishing their rep on Peerspace at 5-Stars (if it’s their first review)

This builds a framework for getting the review published, and keeping us top of mind for rebooks. You can also use your own call to action or incentive that fits
