Guests Leaving Reviews for Hosts

Hello!

I have a community question also for Admins, I am noticing more and more guests not leaving a review for my space or services and Was curious if its cool to reach out to those guests at a later date on their booking message thread to kindly or friendly remind them to leave a review ?

I have around 50 guests that have not left a review, although, I have left everyone of them a review as mandated on the platform

Usually prior to reviewing a guest I write to them thanking them for the booking and telling them that I am leaving them a 5 star rave review. This generally elicits a positive response.

P.S. If it’s been a while since the booking, after telling them how wonderful it was having them, you might actually tell them that quite honestly that leaving you a review would be a great help to you.

I’m new to Peerspace and emphasize that with my guests mentioning a review would mean a lot to us. I’m also encouraging of feedback throughout their entire experience so that if things aren’t going quite right I’m on it right away. I mention the ‘reviews mean a lot’ again when I check in a few days afterwards to solicit more feedback, even if they said everything was great as another nudge one final time. So far 4 out of 4 have left reviews.
