Hi my studio is 2800 sq ft total. I have 2 small studios that can be used privately. How would you price this? As an add-on? Or 3 separate listings?
The way I priced my space - which is similar to yours - is by doing a whole bunch of my own research. I then came up with a ballpark rate and calculated how many times I would have to rent my space at that rate to meet my business goals.

Thank you for the reply. We just upgraded to a new location and larger studio - our listing should be up soon. Yes, we have been doing our research for pricing. But can’t seem to find a way to break down multiple studios in one location without creating separate listings for each.
If you want to add a listing to your current profile, head over to listings and then select “Add Space”. This should make it to where you’re able to host multiple bookings at a time within your location. I’ve gone to a Peerspace location similar location like yours with 4 separate rooms used for booking multiple guest at a time.
