Hello all, so in my space and we offer both video shoots and event space pricing. The only issue is when listing my space on here it prioritizes the larger event space number. This is a problem because it seems as if the prices my space charges are way above what market is charging right now, which is untrue. I know this will effect traffic moving forward and would like to know if anyone has had the same issue and knows how to fix it.
Something that may help is if you list your sub-locations individually. I’ve seen large places break out their listings by floor, type or by area. It’s also a way to highlight more pics of each individual space. You can mention in the ad it’s apart of a larger building / event space if they’d like to know more about that. It’s also a way you can get more feet in the door with the dangle of that lower rate and then of course they wanna add on till you get back to the higher fee but at least this way you get included in the pitch and scout schedule and then they can choose to add on if they want.
Video shoot should populate under productions and events under event. The two dont cross. Do you have production and events activated? People searching for video shoots would see the lower price point and have no idea an event rental is possible.
