I have 2 adjoining studio spaces; one larger one we call KingsGate and one a bit smaller we call “Sanctuary.” I rent the later for $150 and the smaller for $100. The problem is when someone wants to rent both spaces together. I love giving them the option and they like having the option… but I don’t know how to bill them. I’d like to give them a discount and bill them $200 an hour, but I can’t see a way to do that. Am I missing something? -Julian, WildeVision Studios.
You should be able to send them a custom booking request with the altered price then just block out the 2nd space on the calendar so it can’t be rented.
Yeah, creating a custom offer is the way to go.
But I’m really replying to find out what kind of space ‘KingsGate’ and ‘Sanctuary’ are? That sounds awesome lol. The names alone have me interested.
You’ve just highlighted, what is my experience, the biggest problem with Peerspace: it’s hard to find a venue that you’re actually LOOKING for.
For example, I call my studio spaces “KingsGate” and “Sanctuary,” to distinguish between the two spaces. A
And yet if you dial in the names, you won’t be able to find them. ![]()
You see the frustration that many face.
Attached pics just to give you a sense of the space. Enjoy!
