Can I list my outdoor space separately as a second listing?

Hello, I’ve recently started to rent our home via Peerspace. I am renting the house, indoor + outdoor, in one listing and will continue too. However, I’m curious if I can make a second listing with cheaper rates just for the home’s outdoor pool/garden space. I feel
it has marketability as a “yard only” listing as well and I might be missing people ppl with full house prices and photos. Thanks for input!

I don’t see why not, just make a separate listing with a separate price and list it as a garden!
What harm would come of that? Anyone?

I think I’ll try this was just wondering because maybe they limit per address. Otherwise couldn’t we all advertise our homes multiple times with different listings?

I have this for my space as I have 2 connected rooms. People can rent them both individually or combined. As a result, I have 3 listings under the same address. This is advantageous as people can click on my photo and see all of my listings on one page.

The only other option would be to create a 2nd account with a different email address, but that’s a hassle to manage.

YES, absolutely list them as separate spaces.

We have multiple stages at the same address and for each location, we list both the individual stages and conference rooms as separate listings.

You may want to nest your spaces and have a single listing with both spaces and then single listings for each space separately - just be sure to sync your calendars so you don’t get overlap.
You may need to use an app - we use a booking app on our internal website for non-peerspace bookings and it allows us to nest our conference room with our studio, so that if someone books the studio, the conference room automatically shows as booked on the calendar and there can be no accidental double bookings.

How do you “Nest” your spaces?

We use an app called Office RnD to process our bookings.

Nesting sounds like a concept Peerspace could modify for us to use. I am not going to be able to use the app my clients are different. It would be good if my listings were connected (nested) and I could show one price with the house, one for the 8.5 acres without the house and one that included car rentals or a 50’s Dinner, bar, convenient store transition set up included. I would also like to to separate out a make-up room and bathroom at a lower rate instead of the whole house. As it is it just confuses people.

It could be pretty simple, like if a client opens up one of my rentals they would see the others with a simple description at the top as an option. ie: Yard w/house, Yard only, Yard and make-up room/restroom, Yard/house/50’s dinner, Yard/house/Gas Station/Convenient Store set up and prices for each configuration.
I get plenty of people that only want a dry river bed but don’t want a house and a garage and a trailer and race cars or all the other stuff that I can give a fair base price too.

Instead all my bookings suffer finding an expectable lower midrange.
and if I do 5 or more listings and the algorithm points them to the wrong one I get priced out…
