I’ve inquired about this issue with Peerspace CS, repeatedly, with no real solutions.
It is to my understanding that guests will receive the access information about the property bookings in an email a day before they check-in. Multiple guests say they have never received such email. I end up always having to send as a separate message just prior to the guests arrival. This is an inconvenience, especially since I’ve posted the instructions for access and information detailing my rules/policies an expectations on my listing as instructed. I don’t understand why there is an option/instruction to place this information on our listing if it isn’t going to be used.
I’ve notified CS on three separate occasions about this issue with no resolution.
Please advise.
