We’ve had 3 bookings so far. They’ve all received the confirmation email after booking, but when they click the button (in their email) to see “Booking Details”, it takes them to a blank white page. Is anyone else having this issue? When they click, it’s supposed to show them the arrival directions (how to access the property), rules, parking info. They are not seeing any of that. We’ve contacted PeerSpace for help several times and they’ve been no help. This information is in our listing set-up, it’s just not being shown to the guests when they book which is causing a problem because they don’t know how to get in when they get there. Even the guests were kind enough to communicate to Peerspace the issue they were having. And nothing has been fixed. has anyone else experienced this with a guest/booking?

Some hosts choose to share arrival instructions, Host Rules, and other booking details with guests via Peerspace messages once a booking is confirmed, in addition to the email we send. While we understand that this may not be the most preferred approach, providing this information within Peerspace messages could be beneficial as a temporary solution.
