Booking Confirmation Email Not Received

New host here. We have had two guests so far. Both bookings worked out well, but both guests reported that they did not receive the booking confirmation email from Peerspace that would have provided instructions for finding the space and getting in. I learned of this with enough notice to send the instructions as a message, but my understanding is this is supposed to come from Peerspace.

Anyone else having this experience? What can be done to fix this?

As soon as a booking is accepted, we get their full name, cell # and email address, and then send an email to them directly that confirms their booking, date and times, and a few instructions and rules. Peerspace should be able to resolve this for you, but sending the information on your own can help as well.
