Not Recieving e-mails from Peerspace

I do not get e-mails from Peerspace after the booking ends. As you know there is a limited time to add extras. There is no way to add time to a booking without this e-mail. This is the 3rd time this month.

Somtimes I get messages from guest and of coures all the junk e-mails peerspace sends.

I e-mailed Peerspace ( you can’t call any more), they get back to me in a few days. They say usual things: check spam folder, make sure correct e-mail, check block address, add Peerspace to my contacts… I did all this and I still do not recieve all the e-mail messages.

This has happen in the past- how do I fix this.

Hi @Tito_R, I recently had an issue as well by not receiving the confirmation booking, and believe they may be having issues currently. Hopefully they will get this resolved soon.
