I recently booked a location using Peerspace, I was surprised to find out that the app does not send out automatic reminders for upcoming bookings with time, date, location, etc. I have hosted here for a number of years and was always diligent about sending outreach messages for any bookings I had (glad I did!). Is this a feature the app plans on rolling out? It seems like a missed opportunity and an oversight…

We do send out emails to guests about their upcoming bookings 2 days before the booking start time.
I had a chance to look into your account and can see that an attempt was made to send yours on 7/20. Our records show that some time ago one of our emails had been marked as SPAM from your account, so your email was automatically put on a deny list and the server discontinued sending emails from that specific internal email address.
We have removed your email from the deny list. What you will want to do is add team@peerspace.com and messages@peerspace.com to your contacts list to make sure those are delivered properly moving forward. Please note those are no reply emails and not affiliated with the support team.
