We have our first renter tomorrow and i can’t seem to find out if peerspace will send my renter all the info, password to key code, address before their rental?
We get an email address for the client and send a floorplan and other relevant information for their booking via email.
They should send you a reminder a day before to send that info to them. Peerspace won’t send that info themselves. The address yes, but something like the key code probably not (unless you have it listed with the address somehow). I think it’s a good idea to always follow up with a quick e-mail the day before - I usually send them the address, any instructions to get in, and my cell # in case of emergencies. That way they can’t argue they didn’t have any info in case they are late or don’t show up.
