Again, I did not get an e-mail from peerspace about a booking inquiry. This is at least the 10th time this year.
So, I went to Peerspace and check my messages at about 10.00am and there was a message that was send yesterday. I check my : email, inbox, spam, trash… nothing. I go through Yahoo not something like NetZero or Juno. I have had this email for 25 years.
But, I did get an e-mail from them about leaving a review, on the same day as the booking inquiry message. I always get other e mails from Peerspace- about “made in peerspace” , Add ons, new spaces…
I contacted support ( now only available by e-mail ) I got the usual answers: check spam folder, add peerspace to your contacts, make sure correct email… everthing except ask me if my computer is pluged in.
Does any body have any suggestions?
