Not getting messages from Peerspace

Again, I did not get an e-mail from peerspace about a booking inquiry. This is at least the 10th time this year.
So, I went to Peerspace and check my messages at about 10.00am and there was a message that was send yesterday. I check my : email, inbox, spam, trash… nothing. I go through Yahoo not something like NetZero or Juno. I have had this email for 25 years.

But, I did get an e-mail from them about leaving a review, on the same day as the booking inquiry message. I always get other e mails from Peerspace- about “made in peerspace” , Add ons, new spaces…

I contacted support ( now only available by e-mail ) I got the usual answers: check spam folder, add peerspace to your contacts, make sure correct email… everthing except ask me if my computer is pluged in.

Does any body have any suggestions?

Upon review, our records indicate that your server is blocking our emails. We have adjusted our settings to push them through temporarily, however, to fully resolve the issue please refer to the instructions provided to you via email to whitelist messages@peerspace.com.
