Hello. Anyone else suddenly not getting the email notifications that someone has messaged you about a listing? Mine suddenly stopped about 2 weeks ago.
I get the reminder notification that I have inquiries that need answering, but not the initial message. As a result, my response rate has dropped from 1 hour to 24 hours. Super frustrating.
That happened to us about a month ago and they had an issue with their server which has been fixed, but this was the second time in 10 months we had something like this happen.
We got the notifications via Peerspace but not email this last time. The time before we received the email but no inbox message and booking was not put on the calendar.
I have always reached out to Peerspace so they can have their software engineers figure out where the glitch is.
Yes - this has happened to me a few times, which I reported to Peerspace.
The first time, I just happened to be on the site and saw the request, which never came through on email or text. Another time, my response rate also dropped because the request was never received on my end.
Another glitch I experienced, is when a client query was most definitely answered…yet - I received notification that I hadn’t addressed the query.
Just sent an email to help@peerspace.com and explained the situation. If you can show them exactly what is happening is best so they non exactly where to locate the glitch. I either send a screenshot or video recording and explaining in detail the issue. It moves a bit quicker when you do this.
This happened to me last week! I had an inquiry and then neither of us could message the other on in a normal fashion. Sometimes the reply would take an hour to get back and forth. The director had his Secretary send an inquiry additionally - which really only confused the matter. We finally connected and he wanted to come over right a way for a scout. I was available so he did and we talked and I told him that it would be a very quick turnaround for a permit as my cities film office needs 3 days. He asked if I needed a permit and I said yes, and notification to the neighbors and an insurance policy with me on it!
