We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to announce an upgrade to our review feature!
As you know, reviews are required on every completed booking as they allow Peerspace users to provide honest feedback about their experiences. Currently, hosts are required to review guests before they can move forward with accepting a new booking.
With this update, if a booking has recently been executed and you are not quite ready to leave a review for your guest, you can “snooze” the review for 24 hours. While the review has been snoozed, you will be able to accept new booking requests.
After 24 hours, the review prompt will reappear when you try to accept a new booking. Each review can be snoozed up to 3 times; after the third snooze, the user must complete the pending review in order to process new booking requests.
To hit snooze, simply press “Snooze, I’ll do this later” below the “Submit Review” button.
