Client contact info became unavailable during custom-offer while changing a booking request

Thanks for sharing your concern, we’d be happy to jump in and clarify. Contact information between users is not shared through the platform until a booking has been confirmed. So, when reviewing an inquiry or sending a custom offer, those details won’t be present. As soon as you accept a request or a guest accepts your custom offer, that information becomes visible.

If there is ever an instance where you are able to view the guest’s contact information prior to accepting a request, please reach out to our support team.
