Is there any way to dispute a negative review to have it removed?
We have two negative reviews at our venue that I believe should be removed.
- Their review was extremely positive, but for some reason they selected one star. This feels like a mistake that should be removed.
- The client had a bad time due to their own lack of preparation, and in their review claims they were not let in early or allowed to leave late, despite the fact that they also note being let in early and staying late (CONFUSING but true). We let them in early and stay late, and they still complained and documented it themselves. Why should our great rating be hampered by the experience of one renter was clearly in the wrong?

Reviews give me huge anxiety issues lately ! reviews like this are the cause of that anxiety, We work our asses off to provide a 5 start experience and they just write crazy like that. Leave a positive message then leave a 1 star, or click will not book again , insane Ive gotten this before many times, I would recommend calling the Customer service and seeing if they can help , possibly reach out to the renter, looking for feedback and how you could have gotten the 5 star or what could have been better, they may just respond -omg I dident mean to do that, this will give customer service a better look at the situation and they may reverse it for you. I have reversed a couple of mistakes
- Reach out to the client immediately, for every 100 reviews one person will make a mistake and put one star instead of five, won’t book again when clearly they will etc. Email or call Peerspace’s help desk, that’s an easy fix
- That’s definitely a removable review. Did you charge them for early access and late exit? Do you have documentation (video, photo) of timing.
Peerspace has a new Review dispute process as of Feb 18. Check the links below.
SOP has been six months to dispute a review, not sure if that has changed. I’ve had reviews removed in less than a day, but don’t wait, get in the queue ASAP.
Good luck! - Dominick
