How to not be harmed by 1 Bad Review?

Hi!
I have been a power host from I have been on this platform, with a 5 star rating from all clients that have used our space. Now I hosted a group where the booking was done by a different person from the one that came to the event, long story short the person that booked the event never attended the event and gave me and my team a over the top bad review and we stocked our heads out to make sure we accommodate them as this is what’s expected when you give great customer service, we even stored equipment’s in our office for more than a month without additional charges, which I think alone should have made them appreciative. Now this bad review has put a damper on the traffic to our peerspace account and it is made up. How Should I go about getting this rectified? I have over 5 great reviews; however, the bad review was the last review to come in and it is now the 1st thing any client that would like to book our space see’s when they go to our page. Has anyone had this experience before and if so how long does it take to roll over?

Hi Veronica - If you call Peerspace direct and explain the situation, they’re generally pretty cool about removing the rating all together. Especially considering the person who booked and wrote the review was never even present.
