How do we edit a review. I have to leave a review too soon to process my booking. I left a good review for a client and turns out now I’m having problems with them.
I could be wrong, but I don’t believe you can. It’s the reason they don’t post reviews until both have added. But if the reason is that you had problems, and not for “revenge” for a bad review, you may be able to talk to Peerspace about it since you would need to warn future hosts.
If you are having a problem you can ask Peerspace to remove your review only. You can’t revise/edit it at all. Explain your issues to Peerspace as to why you want to do this. If the guest leaves you a bad review because of the issues you are having, you can ask to have that review removed. If Peerspace agrees that the bad review was not warranted they will remove it. If the guest has not left a review as of yet you can ask them to expire the review.
