Website not accepting client's payment

A client is attempting to place a booking and the system has booted them out 3 times? This is my first booking, unsure what to tell them. Thoughts?

If the guest is using a prepaid card Peerspace does not accept those. If that is not the case have your guest make sure they have the correct billing address associated with the card because if not it will not accept the card.

Have the guest reach out to Peerspace if they are still having issues and Peerspace can manually put in the booking.

Prepaid card…that might have been the issue. Peerspace did reach out to clear the problem. Thanks for the response!
