Client receiving an error message when trying to book

Hello! My potential client is having an issue booking. Once she puts in all her information and goes to book, she is getting an error message. Peerspace says it could be a problem with her billing address and zip code associated with the card. She verified with the bank and that is not an issue. Has anyone had this happen, and were they able to fix the situation. Peerspace is slow to respond and the client is waiting and I don’t want her to cancel. Thank you

Also it says NYC city host for some reason, I am Los Angeles host

We are also having this issue with a guest trying to book and getting an error message. Waiting on a response from Peerspace to see what’s going on.

I wonder if it is a Los Ángeles thing. I wish thy had a way to speak with someone. They keep giving my client the same solution of deleting the card and putting it back into the system and it’s not working.
