No reply from Powerhost support

I’ve been a power host for almost 1 year. This is the only time i’ve gotten an issue with a guest, Ive been trying to contact peerspace through e-mail, both phone support lines regular & power host line with no avail. This is a huge problem that needs to get fixed or looked at. There are thousands of us users of this platform & we are getting charged a high fee for booking to maintain the service. This is unacceptable. *I copied this from someone else’s post on here who was having the same issue. Please respond.
