No Host Support at all!

I’ve been a power host for over 2 years. This is the only time i’ve gotten an issue with a guest, Ive been trying to contact peerspace through e-mail, both phone support lines regular & power host line with no avail. This is a huge problem that needs to get fixed or looked at. Theres is thousands of us users of these platform & to be getting charged a high fee for booking to maintain the service this is unacceptable. Messaged on Saturday mind you today is Tuesday with no response. Looking into similar topics i see its an ongoing issue!

I also reached out today and got no response. If we are getting charged almost 18-20 percent on all of our bookings, we should be able to call and get immediate assistance. I will say your team is excellent when there are issues with charges and things need to be fixed, but when there is a general concern there is no one to get a hold of when you need someone right away … Also the guy who is talking on the “EMERGENCY” line talks extremely slow and its very very drawn out with long pauses it takes forever just to listen to, I would update it with a sense of urgency so people can get to where they want to go quicker. it was painful
