What happened to the Power Host support line? It seems not to function anymore. Calls aren’t picked up, messages don’t get returned. Texts don’t get replies either.

I’ve also experienced this. It’s a bit frustrating. Would love to know what’s going on behind the scenes. The only way I can get through to support is email.

Same here. Not really sure what being a Power Host grants us, benefit-wise.

Our phone support line (415-403-2421) is currently only available for urgent issues, including safety incidents, and ongoing or upcoming bookings within 48 hours. However, Power Hosts are provided with a direct line which is open during business hours for any concerns.

and the text thing takes 2-3 days. I am in a fail falling place excepting bookings and killing my response time at the same time, because lack of response from renter(s) and from peerspace hosts… I want a do over. super frustrated. (and you get 3% more per hour)
My Powerhost standing is now in jeopardy, because of the slow response time by peerspace and detail clarity on booking requests, and slow response time from renters & not having the phone numbers of clients (clients don’t always see messages and are not quick to respond to peerspaces.
If it takes 2 or 3 days for a response, and the response is a canned answer that misses the point I struggle to see how this is a help service.
And no my booking is not withing 48 hours but the powerhost penalty for not responding to the booking is. Schrduling can be an ergent matter too. and for 29% off the top of every hour booked you shoul get a spell check hooked up to this thing so I don;t sound like i cant type.
What do you mean by 3% more?
