I recently received a request from a potential guest asking me to send them a video of the area of the space that they will be booking. How exactly do I go about doing this? Can I use the Peerspace inbox or do I need to obtain the guest’s personal phone number or email?

I send everything via text or email depending on how the potential guest would like it. There is really no way to send it through message on Peerspace.
