See Your Space Before Booking

Do you let possible bookings see the space before they book?

Yes, I have done quick tours in order to close on a peerspace rental, commercial clients really like to see what they are getting into especially for larger brands , people also shop the space meaning competitors and those too that are just curious. I do try to get some info on them like a Instagram or face book before inviting them into the space. best of luck on your peerspace journey!

Yes. It helps the client to know if this is the space for them so they can plan accordingly. When people see our space, it almost always works out in our favor. It also helps me to determine if this is the right person for our space.

Yes, we absolutely welcome potential guests to view the space before booking. It’s a great way to make sure the setup, atmosphere, and layout are perfect for your event.

We’re happy to schedule a quick walkthrough of Port & Park Bistro so you can see the space, ask questions, and discuss your event details.

How it works:

  • Walkthroughs are typically scheduled during non-peak hours

  • Takes about 10–15 minutes

  • Our team can discuss capacity, food & drink options, and event setup

I used to but the conversion from inquiry to actually booking was close to 0 for me / ended up being a huge waste of time. Now I state that they can do an in-person tour once their booking has been accepted; I also have 5 star reviews so this helps as far as the trust factor for me. So folks would book the minimum time I have set, do the tour, and then increase their time if needed for their event. If you are just starting out I would say do the in-person tours, see how many people convert and if it’s worth it, then go from there.
