I scheduled a tour with a guy named Ram S. (his profile photo is a mountain & river landscape) and he was a no-show. No message, no “i’m running late”, no “sorry, I can’t make it” just disappeared and hasn’t contacted me since. I waited 30 minutes and he never showed and not heard from him since. Just thought I’d let you know. Thank you.

I’m sorry someone did not show up for you. I do not know a Ram S. The people working at Riverbend Retreat-Fla at 10200 Elbow Bend Rd in Riverview are: Sarah, our general manager, Hannah, our chef, Zoe and Nicole, our housekeepers and assistance, my husband Bob and myself, Kris, the owners. Were you on-site at our property? If so, when was it?
If you are new to the rental world, brace yourself. The amount of no call, no shows are immense. This happens very often. I’ve put systems in place where we remind them a day before, the day of and an hour before. They receive MULTIPLE reminds and they STILL don’t show at times. I thank the people that do show profusely for keeping their word. I’ve been running my space for 3 years now and it still happens.
