NoShow/Leave a Review

We had a No Show this past weekend, with no notification prior or post Event. Obviously, I keep receiving the invitations to write a review but I can’t give any stars or recommend whether I’d book them again . . . . Is it cool to simply leave it or will the absence of a review affect my PeerSpace standing in some way? Just wondering . . . .

I would totally review them, and just say what happened.

Also, 3 stars, not real good, not real bad.

what else can you do??

If the client never showed up:

-Document the no-show during the time frame along with communications to the renter, and especially send a message to them over the Peerspace thread, not just calls or texts

-Contact Peerspace help and ask them to delete out the review as there was no use of space, hence no experience by the renter to review

This way A. The client can’t leave you a bad review should they come back for their money (for no valid reason of course), but equally importantly B. You can’t accept another booking request until the review is written or deleted out
