I got an email about an inquiry and the email says:
You typically respond within 2 hrs
“Reply to this email to message Ronita F.”
But when I reply, I get a mailer Dameon that says:
We’re writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (no-reply) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group
Also, I have an inquiry for renting tomorrow and I just had a renter tonight. I can’t reply to the new inquiry until I leave a review for tonight’s renter. I can’t leave that review until I get back to the space tomorrow afternoon. the “Must Leave a Review” policy needs re-visiting.
Hey @Bryan_B! I had this issue as well. When you click to reply, is it going to no-reply Peerspace email or a long, specialized Peerspace email specifically for messaging that particular guest? I noticed that some emails that say “reply to Guest” are really replying to the no-reply email so I have to hunt down another email to find the one with the long string email for direct messaging.
