It would be helpful to be able to makes private notes on renters. As I get more repeat renters I find myself digging back through our messages to remember how they used the space, or if they provided contact info not available on their profile. I know I can make my own external notes, but it would be immensely helpful if it were a feature of the platform.

Great idea, Allison! I do this manually/externally at the moment as well, but having that feature available on Peerspace would be really beneficial.
I second this. It would be helpful. And while they’re at it, could they also add a search option? I get a LOT of inquiries, and scrolling back 10 pages to find the first time someone contacted me can be time consuming. I’ve had people reach out six months or a year later, referring to a separate inquiry, and though I can’t really be expected to remember them, it would be nice if I could act like I did by referring to their original request.
I keep a Google spreadsheet with notes and a link back to the booking details.
Super easy.

Yes, I agree that being able to link notes and email to the client would help a lot.
