Peerspace Support is AWOL

I emailed support about 5 days ago. I got the auto respond that they got the message and then two days later I got another auto respond asking how my service was. The issue is they have never responded to me at all so obviously no high marks.

I one stared and no on responded to that.

I called 3 days ago to try and sort out an issue with payment from a client who was trying to pull a fast one. The Peerspace person on the phone told me to just add the charge to the transactional email that’s sent after the booking has completed. I did. However, today the invoice was run and I did not receive the additional charge that was agreed to in writing by the client via DM.

They will not answer the phone today and they are not answering my ticket that I created days and days ago.

What’s going on at Peeerspace HQ. Is this platform on a ghost ride?
