Payout not received

I just completed my first booking on 5/27 and the payment still says “processing” I have sent inquiries to Peerspace but no response ?? Has anyone had this issue? I have more inquiries for the space but a little scared to keep using this platform if I’m not going to receive my money

Host payouts are issued via direct deposit. I took a look and saw that your bank account was just added this afternoon so you should receive your payout within the next 3 to 5 business days!

Does anyone know if peerspace has an actual customer service team that handles phone calls? Or is this concept no longer in existence? Answers could be better suited if we the host could get answers to our questions in real time.

Yes, we do offer phone support! Our customer experience team can be reached via phone at (415) 403-2421 Monday–Friday 9 am–4 pm PST! :wink:

I hope this message finds you well. Your suggestion did not yield a different result for me. The message clearly states no phone support is Available! When dialing that number.

I’m having the same issue with @peerspace. It has been over 40 days and the payouts haven’t been released. The phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond.
