Hosted first event booking on June 2nd and have yet to receive funds. Account continues to state “processing”. I have more events booked all throughout this week and need to ensure that we get our funds processed within a reasonable amount of time. Who do I contact to find out what the issue is?
The Peerspace payout process takes quite a while. It might be up to a week and a half after the guests have rented before you receive your funds (even though the guests have already paid Peerspace)

I’m really sorry to hear there’s been a delay with your payout. Payouts can take up to 7 days to process, but typically make it out faster - within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the event.
As payouts are processed via direct deposit to the bank account on file, the verification of your banking information and identity is required to get paid for your Peerspace bookings. You can find a helpful step-by-step guide on how to add/update your banking info and complete verification in our Help Center. I have attached that here.

Hi, I also had a question about receiving payment. I booked an event on June 29th and today, July 10th I still have not received payment. I don’t want to ask the client if she paid because she wants to use the space again. What is the protocol if, “up to 7 days to process” has come and gone and you just want to get paid?
