What ever ended up happening with this? The current timeline is quite long for processing and I was hoping that this would be improved.

The current payout is 3-4 days. If there are added charges after the event, it takes 72 hours for the guest to accept the charges. In order to expedit this process, when I request an added charges after the end of the event, I message the guest in regards to the charges and ask them to confirm the added charges. The sooner they confirm, the billing will be confirmed and will will get paid sooner.
Is the payout 3-4 days after booking day or confirmed day?
Hi @Lala_G - Thank you for your comment! Payouts can take up to 7 days to process but typically make it out faster - within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the event.

I also have a question on the last booking this past weekend 6/22/24. It was booked for 2-8pm and at 1:55pm, client cancelled. What will happen with this transaction? Will I get paid?

If they cancel 24 hours before the booking, you get paid in full. Look up your payments on the portal. On the right corner of the home page where you see your picture. Stroll down to payments and it will show all your payments.
I have been waiting on a payout from an August 23 event. It is totally unacceptable. Really bad business practice.
It seems Peerspace needs to coordinate better with Stripe. They keep asking for things I have already provided and have already been acknowledged as complete. I have been waiting on a payout from an August 23 event. It is totally unacceptable. I can’t believe this is legal.

Just discovered I haven’t been paid for 4 hostings at my space. I thought payments went out automatically after a completed booking, all show pending.

Im now currently waiting on my payout and it has been longer than 7days and it still is saying processing, these long payouts is defeating the purpose of on time client payments, normally clients pay a deposit so that holds the date and pay to prep the space.

Hello. I had this happen a few weeks back. You need to reach out to Peerspace if you have not done so already and give them screen shots of the booking you are talking about. Also include a screen shot showing the pending payment saying processing. They had to manually input the booking so the payment would go through.
