Still waiting on a payout

Hi, seems as though Peerspaces platform isn’t as developed as others. There is no easy way around it and there is no support aside from a 3 day wait period or on a community thread.

How do I reach someone about a pending payout? I had a booking completed well over a week ago and am yet to get a payout on it. The group themselves were extremely rowdy and did not respect the property at all so it’s even more frustrating that it’s being held up.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Hi Chase. Peerspace does not comment on specific payout questions like this in the forum to protect privacy. Here is the guidance we provide on the timing of payouts following the completion of bookings. It is possible your payments are still on route, and you can look into their status by following the instructions here.
