Customer Support

We are unable to get any customer support. I have writing multiple time and messaged in chat. When I reply to the emails the chats send I get no response because you miss someone responding. When we email we get no response. One person emails with some steps to take to get posted but the content in messages does not exist in portal.

We used to have an account and a good rating.

The phone line is for active event issues but that doesn’t work either. You hit the prompts and nothing happens.

Could someone tell us how to get support?

Thank you kindly for updating me. We still have not heard from anyone to help with the tech end of things regarding our post. We need to make changes & additions but cannot figure out how to.

I’m having another issue. This is urgent. The software is not putting the correct amount. This booking should be 12k not 4k. I cannot get help by email.

Yes, Peerspace support agents seem unhelpful. The worst part is when resolution depends entirely on Peerspace, and you be calling like, ‘Thank you for contacting the Peerspace Power Host Line… Hello, you already have an email thread, bye,’ and there a single unhelpful email (e.g., ‘Try to resolve the issue with Stripe’) every four days.

I wish Peerspace support were more responsive. Their work style suggests a lack of supervision or control; they seem to address issues only when they choose.
