Lack of responsiveness from Peerspace

We have been reaching out to Peerspace with issues regarding our listings. The lack of responsiveness on their part is mind bending. We recognize that with the pandemic things aren’t normal. Yet, more than 7 day’s. We as host are the life blood of Peerspace. Do we not deserve responsiveness to our queries and issues?
