So frustrated with Peerspace

Any thoughts on below? This is so frustrating!

Help!

  1. I’m unable to view Add-Ons requested after the event has been booked. I need to see the list in order to set up for the event.
  2. A guest wanted to update their booking but Peerspace says they have to wait to pay the second half until they can submit an update. They paid the second half and still can’t submit an update. Peerspace suggested I, the host, update it from my end. I have no problem with that but the guests should be able to request an update at anytime, especially weeks out from their event.

Random complaints:

  1. Still no search bar for messages or an option to archive.
  2. Either stop asking me to verify my phone number or give me the option to not have text notifications!
  3. PLEASE for the love of Buddha, have listings say “STARTING AT” or “FROM”, I’m so tired of having to explain to guests that I have weekday/weekend rates, etc.
  4. I’ve been a Peerspace Power Host since I joined in 2019. I was also the DC Chapter Leader when they still had that program. I miss the Power Host qualification by ONE event and they stripped me of my title. :weary:
  5. WHERE IS PEERSPACE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I submitted a help ticket on 8/10 and still no response. I’ve even reached out twice again…still no response. It’s like they don’t even care.
