Payouts Disabled

We have been listing and booking spaces on Peerspace since 2018 and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, Peerspace recently disabled out payouts. We reached out to customer service and Peerspace shared that Stripe needed us to complete the verification process, which we did.

However, the payouts were still not enabled, so we reached out again and were advised that Stripe required additional information to remediate. We provided the additional information and again the payouts were not enabled.

Thus, we reached out again today and are now advised that there is an “active lien,” which we are unaware of.

What is frustrating is that Peerspace’s story is changing and excuses are being made to not pay us out. Our last three payouts all remain in pending status.
