Hi Dara- I had this happen on my first payout as well. I’ve had a good experience with PS chat box to be super helpful if you request a live person. Once you connect with a real person they should be able to get it sorted out for your quick! if you prefer call, try them at 415.403.2421 but my experience with calling has not been as responsive as the online chat option.
