I have a 1500 sq ft live work unit in a 4plex in Venice Beach.
I’ve built out an epic conference/social space in the primary bedroom that I use for poker with buddies and some work stuff, but the rest of the unit is basically empty, open floor plan square footage.
Some notes: steps from the beach and Venice boardwalk, walkable, ample paid neighborhood parking, wide open floorplan, two full bathrooms, two balconies, ocean views from front balcony.
