Advice needed! No enquiries...what am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone, I’m a relative newbie here and I’m keen to make the most of my space…I’ve had one booking and very positive feedback from the client, but no enquiries in the last month.

Here’s my space - Modern light-filled Silverlake house on palm tree lined street, Los Angeles, CA | Production | Peerspace - any advice on how to make it more visible and appealing? Is it too cluttered?

All feedback welcome! Thank you xx

Maybe lower your minimum rental time, offer wifi. Those are the only things I see that may deter bookings.

The pictures look great, however, highlight square footage of each room. Yes, definitely lower rate until you get a few bookings. Look at what other area bookings are offering and offer same ( Wi-Fi). Make sure you talk about parking if you haven’t ( looking for acccess and parking is always a concern for the crew). . Best of luck, it looks lovely!

Thank you! That’s a good suggestion

Thanks so much, really appreciate your suggestions! xx

Agreed with everyone else–MUST offer WIFI. It’s often the first thing crews ask for.

Remember that we are in the middle of a writers strike. Many different projects will be affected.

Yes, good point! Thank you

Your space is beautiful! It has everything I would want. Parking is a premium in Phila. I’m anxious to see what others have to say about it.

I agree with the other comments listed-- WIFI for sure is a must + addressing the parking would be helpful for most guests.

Is this something a guest could rent for an Office Party, Bridal/Baby Shower, or some other event?

I know my space is much different, but so often people are just looking for a homey place to connect without having to clean their own homes +/or to have a neutral meeting spot.

I could see some Pampered Chef parties or other networking events being a huge hit there-- your place is BEAUTIFUL!
