Messages Being Erased

Hi there, I keep having an issue with my messages getting erased if I do not stay on the message page … it is very frustrating! Does anyone else have this issue? I wish they would fix it!!

I am not experiencing this as all!
Can you explain more?
Is it after a booking or an inquiry?
Booking is completed?

Hi Eli, Yes, if I write in a response to an email and then go out of that page to look at something else, and then come back to the page, it is gone . . . always!
Now, lately, I am getting emails that were answered maybe a week ago or more, that come in today as a new email. Very odd & annoying.

Note: that is when I have not hit send to the above email in the first issue.

I believe you are only allowed to email the guest on the inquiry. The remainder of the conversations do not have the capabilities.

Sorry for your frustration - it can be slightly devastating when a message disappears!

When you are in the middle of writing a message and decide to go off the page, copy the message first - then when you go back just paste it back in.

(If you go off the page before you hit ‘send’ your message will disappear - it is not saved as a draft like regular email…)
