New to the platform. Had a request for booking come in. Can’t find where or how to contact the guest. I can see the request that came in but no option to email them.

You should be able to email them back from the last response(Please read in the email) or you can use the web browser(Android)/IOS app.

@Archie_R When you go to your inbox you can choose the conversation, type a message and hit send.
Some emails do not allow responses, the ones that do let you know you can.
