Hello, is anyone else unable to messages guests. I have been using the app, sending the message and then nothing appears as a response. When I try messaging on the desktop, I can click the submit button but then it just freezes and no message goes through. I wonder how this will impact my response time as I have tried to send 6 messages and none have gone through. I need to send the booking info to the guest!
