App Glitch - wrong conversation

I’ve been experiencing a glitch in the app for a few months now where I click on messages for a booking and it shows me previous messages from a completely different guest. I have lots of screenshots but here is just one example.

I also updated the app to the most recent version yesterday and noticed that the ability to send photos & videos in messages has disappeared. Is this permanent or was this an error?

I haven’t been able to get the app to work for about a year now! lol it just freezes up every time, I’ve tried uninstalling, updating, etc. nothing works for me, so I just use the online portal
