Inquiry messages and booking messages

I have had a lot of issues with tracking messages with the guests.

When we first start talking - we work through their needs for the event and what we can provide. Then they book - sometimes months in advance - The booking messages often start a new thread and I don’t have access to the original conversation.

If a few months have passed - I have to try to find the original conversations through hundreds of messages.

Can the two be linked?
Is there a way to search by a guest name?
